Leadership Development Our experience includes providing physician, executive and Board education, as appropriate, to strengthen the team and move an organization forward. Often our work begins with a leadership assessment and moves on to focus on team alignment and commitment to organizational objectives. Individual development plans may be recommended. We take particular pride in our ability to educate and coach leadership teams (physician or executive) and Boards of Directors to greatly improve overall effectiveness.

Physician Practice Services Physicians are the backbone of healthcare. We work with physician groups and health systems alike to determine how physicians can most effectively practice medicine in the future. We develop group strategic plans and help both evaluate and facilitate integration efforts, as appropriate. Physician/health system contract negotiations can be difficult for both parties. We facilitate these negotiations, focusing on mutual objectives, while strengthening the key, working relationships for the future.
